This is a book which every visitor that is on special duty or assignment to the school signs. Such visitors include officers from the Ministry of Education and other stakeholders. Names and addresses of such visitors are recorded in the book. Also, the record will contain date, time of visit and purpose of the visit. The visitor will put down his remarks about the school with regard to his impression about the school. The record is always in the custody of the school head.
